Zack Parker, College Minister
Zack Parker is the East Campus College Minister. His job is to impact college student's lives in a way that helps them have a deeper walk with Christ and a faith grounded on the Word of God.
Zack is married to Allison Parker. "I grew up in Oklahoma, met my wife in college and was married a short time after," said Zack. "My favorite thing about me. is her! We enjoy remodeling our home, bike riding, and playing games. Many people think we are complete opposites. She is a city girl, and I'm an outdoors guy. We find our common ground in Christ."
The Oklahoma native was graduated from Trinity Christian Academy in Broken Arrow, OK and the Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee, OK. Zach also has a degree in Christian education and leadership from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY.
The man who enjoys mountain biking and rock climbing began his relationship with Christ as a teenager. "My pastor explained how without Christ I could do nothing to earn a pass to heaven. That night I prayed and accepted Jesus as my savior. I can still remember the amazing feeling to have all my sins wiped away. When I was a freshman in college, God made it very evident that His desire for my life was to serve Him in ministry. He has given me a love for people and a love for His word. My life has been blessed more than I ever deserve, and I owe all I am to the saving power of Christ."
